Bay Street Project
Project Year: 2018
Design style: Contemporary
Project Type: Design and visualizations
For the owner of a luxury one-bedroom condo in the heart of Toronto, designer Ksenia Berkovich daringly reanimated the floor plan by transforming the rarely used formal den area into a spacious second bedroom that has a private washroom. The wall between the kitchen breakfast nook and living room was removed, creating a large open dining area and offering straight access to the family lounge.
Before and After:

To complement the high-end location of the property, the living room has been furnished with splendour chairs by Warren Platner, an onyx coffee table and side table by Kelly Weastler, and refined custom wood paneling, built-in cabinetry, and modern upholstered paneling in the master bedroom.
The result is a lavish space infused with modern and contemporary sensibilities.
