We’ll review the space, discuss scope, timeline, budget range, and outline every step of the project—from discovery and concept through drawings, sourcing, and installation—so you know exactly what comes next. This visit is a meet-and-greet and information session, not a design consultation; the aim is clarity, alignment, and confident next steps.

Yes. We offer a turnkey experience — from concept to completion. We collaborate with trusted contractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard.
At what stage should we involve your team?
The earlier, the better. Ideally, we begin during the architectural planning stage to ensure the design vision aligns with the structure, layout, and budget.
Do you work with architects and builders, or bring your own team?
We’re happy to collaborate with your architect or builder, or we can recommend a team we’ve successfully partnered with on previous projects.
How long does a custom home project typically take?
Timelines vary based on project scope and size. On average, a full custom home design takes 6–12 months from concept to final installation.
What locations do you serve?
We serve clients across Toronto and the GTA, with select projects taken on in surrounding regions.
We also take on design projects in the U.S.—including Florida, New York, and other states—as well as in Europe. Each inquiry is reviewed individually to ensure we can provide the best possible service based on location and project scope.

Fees are based on the scope and complexity of the project. We offer flat-rate design packages for some services and customized proposals for full-home and renovation projects. A detailed quote is provided after the initial consultation.
Do you offer furnishings and decor selection?
Yes. We source, procure, and install all furnishings, lighting, art, window treatments, and accessories as part of our full-service design.
Can I be involved in the process?
Absolutely. We guide the process while incorporating your input at key decision points. You’ll always feel in control without the stress of managing the details.
Do you provide 3D renderings or visuals?
Yes. We include 3D visuals and/or realistic renderings depending on the project to help you visualize the design before execution.
