Regis Project (in Progress)
The Regis Project is a full gut renovation, where we completely reimagined and redesigned the kitchen, bathroom, the entire first floor, and part of the second floor of the home. While the project still awaits full decoration and furnishing, we’re excited to share the progress we’ve achieved so far.
Before and After:
In the kitchen, we completely reimagined the island layout, relocated the hood for better functionality, and introduced a new tea station beneath the window — a feature that didn’t exist before. To elevate the atmosphere, we integrated LED lighting, creating a unique floating effect.
This home originally had an imbalance: only two bathrooms for four bedrooms. To solve this, we reconfigured the layout with a smart floor plan — transforming one large bathroom into two. We also added a linen closet nearby, making the upstairs much more functional. Now there are three bathrooms: one shared and another conveniently connected to one of the bedrooms.
This transformation not only improves daily living but also significantly increases the home’s value on the market.
